Our exclusive Sumatra Mandheling blend (single-origin coffee from Indonesia), prepared and roasted in-house by micro-roastery Barista according to true Italian tradition, contains Bourbon, Tim Tim, Ateng Super and Catimor varieties. These arabica beans are grown at altitudes of 1,200 to 1,600 metres, which gives them their rich and complex taste.
The coffee is cold-water steeped for 24 hours to release its full flavour, then blended with Caribbean amber rum to concoct the smooth and refreshing liqueur that will win you over.
We've added a delightful oat beverage to our combination of premium cold brew coffee and amber Caribbean rum, for a dairy-free BARISTA that's smoother and silkier than ever. Thanks to its light taste and velvety feel, oat beverage is the perfect plant-based option for coffee connoisseurs.
